On Tuesday 26 November 2024, starting at 9:30 A.M., at Hall “D’Ambrosio” of Department of Legal Sciences, University of Salerno¸ the seminar of the EUVALWEB Law Clinic “EU Cooperation on Justice and Home Affairs: Knowledges’ dedicated to ‘Criminal Judicial Cooperation and Cross-Border Investigations” will be held. Introduced and chaired by Prof. Teresa Russo (Associate Professor of EU Law, Department of Legal Science, University of Salerno, EUVALWEB Chair Holder), the seminar will see the participation of Dr. Simona Di Monte (Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Court of Naples). An open debate session will conclude the initiative.
