EUVALWEB decided to include in its activities some students who showed attitude and determination towards scientific research. New students will relay yearly, for every edition of the Jean Monnet Chair. These Young Observers will be trained to conduct pure basic research as well as strategic basic research by selecting documents, sources and judgments to acquire new knowledge (proper competencies). They will also carry out experimental development and applied research, with an elaboration of original works with a specific application in view. The Young Observers are led by a Supervisor instructed to assist them in their tasks.
